Periodically, the EEM service will reach out to the Office Config Service (OCS) through endpoint, and update its set of configured mitigations. When you have Exchange running on Windows Server 2012 R2, you will also need an update for the Universal C Runtime (KB2999226). For this, the URL Rewrite Module needs to be installed on the Exchange server.
